Fresh ginger, basil, and garlic start this one off to be a favorite. JoJo's Coconut Curry has a creamy coconut milk base to take chicken to the next level.
Sear then cover your chicken in a skillet or saute pan. Slow cook for about a hour covered with JoJo's Coconut curry marinade. Use 1.5 oz per lb of protein, 10 min prior to serving add red, green and yellow bell peppers, onions, carrots and celery to taste. Serve over a bed of rice and prepar for the ooohs and ahhhs.
